We offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Customers are required to return items via traceable courier at their own expense along with the invoice and reason for return. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If the product received is incorrect or faulty, Archive Shoes will cover all return/exchange delivery costs.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
